So how to choose rubber water hose? What is the inspection standard of the hose?
1. Size measurement of rubber water hose: The diameter of inside , outside, and outside of enhanced layer, wall thickness, concentricity, the thickness of inside and outside glue layer, and inside diameter of composite parts. The new national standard and ISO add length and measurement point marks, and stipulate the measurement method for the length of rubber water hose without hose joints and with various hose joints.
2. Hydraulic test and verification pressure test: Check whether leakage, deformation and damage will occur to the hose and assembly during 30s to 60s under verification pressure.
3. Bearing deformation test: Hold for 1 minute at specified pressure (working pressure verification pressure or other pressure lower than verification pressure), measure the length and outer diameter of the rubber water hose, twist Angle and bend Angle.
5. Leakage test: Store it at a static pressure of 70% of the small bursting pressure for 5min, and repeat it to check whether there is leakage or damage. Because the test is usually done with water, the viscosity is different from that of the actual liquid used, the explosion pressure and leakage pressure measured at room temperature may be slightly lower.
